Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months ago The Upside Down Graphics Glitch

K so I've seen a good handful of people who have this problem around here now and even some of my friends irl.
Basically this bug or glitch or w.e flips the background but keeps the effects where they originally were.
like so : http://www.filewire.me/files/161604030111amnesiafup.jpg

The flame is in its original spot whereas the part that hold the torch is flipped. its also like this thruout the rest of the game. I actually tried playing like this and eventually couldnt do it anymore Tongue

Turning off and on graphic effects and such doesnt work i've tried nearly all of them.
Also the driver updates and such dont work also.
I've also tried turning off security anti vris' firewalls ect ect.

The version of Amnesia i have is bought from "Steam" . I was told to get it there by one of my friends .

The computer I run is a Windows Vista, Toshiba Laptop. I have ATI Radeon 3100

I've had this problem for a while now and I'd actually like to play the game. I bought it nearly.. 2 weeks ago?

I've read up through alot of the other complaints here bout the bug. I'm not sure if its currently fixable or wut. But if a member of the staff could fix this not just for me but for all the others who are experiancing this it would be well apreciated . Thank you c:
