Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months, 1 Week ago [split] EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION

I have trouble starting the game. The exe is causing an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION can anyone tell me what that means and what i need to do the correct the problem.
