The game is not working very well...

i play counter strike sometimes and i usually play HL2 and Fan maps of portal and i can play them without that problem that i have.

i Ran a stress test that i had on my counter strike options and the results was 46 FPS and i have the graphs at maximun

I will see if i can clean my pc.

there is another problem now when i reboot my pc cos of the problem. I cant turn it on for a while.

The last time this happened i had to wait an hour to be able to turn my pc on.

Anyone knows why is this happening now?
