I already cleaned my PC, there is no dust.
To format the hard drive surely isn't the issue.

I don't have the intel stock cooler. And I do not want to buy a new cooler when I don't know if that would fix the problem.

Even when I underclock my CPU to 2.17 GHz instead of 2,83, it will be too hot.
