oh yeah and i have a really horrible anxiety disorder which means i get panic attacks weekly which are like the worst thing to ever happen ever

Anxiety is a fucker. Even posting here gives me palpations Do you see a shrink or take meds or anything? CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) can be helpful with anxiety/depression. I prefer SIT (Shut-In Therapy) - I stay indoors where they can't get me!
