My setup is pretty weak, but I still see screen tearing on my end, but I am not bothered by that.
Just in case anyone asking:
CPU = AMD Athlon II X2 250 (3GHZ dual core)
GPU = NVidia Geforce 9500GT (1GB VRAM)
RAM = 2 GB DDR3
