Fog issues!

So i have made a type of fog into this level which make sit look nice and superb but I've been having problems with it which has been bugging me for weeks.

Now I am using the fog are entity not the fog from the level settings.
The issue here is that when in game and looking at the ceiling or walls, you can see the fog kinda culling and like some sort of lines or curves moving on the wall whenever you look around or move it just looks weird. EG:
