the 8800 should do fine if you can find one. I'm not sure if the ATI 4870 will work in the Older mac pro or not.. If it does, then it would be more than enough for quite a while Smile

Me personally I prefer the Nvidia cards over the ATI ones.

And if you manage to find an 8800 upgrade kit, let me know where you found it.
