Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months, 2 Weeks ago Ati 1600X Pro HELP!

Help - Launcher.exe won't start and if i start amnesia.exe it says

Amnesia.exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module atioglxx.dll at 001.695ac8e

Tryed on : AMD 2800+ , Ram 1gb , Ati 1600X Pro

Help me! Using Ati catalyst 10.2!
(rendererfeattest won't start too! )
Also tried Omega Drivers , demo , ... HELP!!!
Using Windows XP , Newest Direct X ... Also used OpenAL 2.0
