I posted a link to this thread on a forum I attend that's swimming with guys who do this kind of stuff all the time. I hope you can find someone who fits the bill.

I would apply myself, but unfortunately I'm more practiced in building very low level software renderers, and I have never used C++ or made use of any modern video hardware. On top of that, I'm still a student, so I don't have time for this...
