RE: 3D Studio Max to DAE, how to get it right

Could you describe your workflow from loading an enemy entity as a template to exporting your own rigged mesh in a way that crashes neither modelview.exe nor modeleditor.exe when loading the dae - file in each programs. Even better would be a video showing your process - easier for you aswell.
