Small problem with new headset

so recently ive got a new turtle beach.
the problem is that when sound plays
it makes a strange buzzing/clicking noise
not when i go to the menu or press escape
but it does when i play the game muted
its very strange, if anyone can help me!

Some headsets when they don't receive any signal will create a humming sound.

its not wireless and i fixed it btw
i turned the pc volume up and the headset volume down
