will my laptop run amnesia

I want to buy amnesia for my laptop but i was looking at the requirements and it says i need to have a 2GHz processor. mine is a 1.9GHz celeron processor so i think it wont work but on the requirements it says for low budget cpu such a celerons need to be at twice the cpu speed. I don't know anything about computers but does that mean I can run it and if I can how can I run it
