How in the hell did you make the grunt to lean? Did you steal HPL3's Pose Mode?

I'd make the body a bit more illuminated. I had a hard time identifying it as the grunt at first.

yo billboards n decals n spotlights n shit! you should get rid of that lantern, put one on the ceiling, straight up put a bright shining light that totally illuminates that motherfucker right there, but MAKE SURE YOU JUXTAPOSE THAT BITCH WITH THE AREA AROUND IT. dark and light, shadows n brightness! make that grunt be the center of attention like the little drama queen he is! put some fly particles maybe, some blood drips around the floor near his wrists (since that's what this picture totally looks like and all) and get some mother
