How about a blender? oh yeah, one more question: how to create a DDS file? I have texture in PNG, the model editor with this material
display model, but game - can't.

You need a 32-bit photoshop, the newest one is CS4 that is 32-bit and you need a dds exporter Smile called the nvidia dds plugin Smile or you can use gimp but I prefer photoshop

Actually CS5 is the latest Photoshop version.

The CS5 Extended version has a 64bit exe and a 32bit exe. The nvidia .dds plugin works with CS5.

What settings should be set in Nvidia DDS plugin to produce a normal source file, and then I have it in the strip ...

Use the standard Smile dxt1 no alpha

hmm ... created all maps for the material, and still in the game model is not displayed. somebody knows what the problem is?

Have you added the texture to the model inside both the 3d program and in model editor?
