(1) Are you using 2048x2048 UV for the door?
(2) About the video, the overall scale (Props, wall tiling, actual size) of the bathroom feels wrong.
(2a) Is that a door on the left side with the male/female sign? It looks so small, I thought it was a cabinet or a vent or something at first. I'm assuming it's the entrance/exit.
(2b) The wall tiling is really large, making the room feel small.
(2c) Lighting wise, yellow isn't very 'bathroom" friendly. Just pure white would be better, and the whole room should be reflecting all of that so it's even. Their are dark spots in the corners.
(2d) This is subjective, but I think the bathroom needs more geometry.
Just an example... The red one is more of a public area bathroom. The blue one might be a military style I suppose.
Some other minor props to add in (If you haven't thought about it) would be some mops + cleaning props, yellow wet and slip signs, baby changing thingy, and a couple of water drains on the floors.
The instant changing door texture is cool, already in use in some places in the world. But it's nice to see in a game.
