I'll point a few things out in the spoilers

First of all, big gamebreaker:
the version I downloaded had map 5 set as the start one.

Another rather big thing:
When you spawn as a kid the first time, there is no way to progress, but when you go to the dark room with blood and the body lying there. You have to look at the body at a certain angle at a certain place to trigger the rigi downstairs (makes no sense also).

Then like everyone has already mentioned, the puzzles were too hard. How are you supposed to feel like you are sneaking around a house when you have to check if every door is locked and run around throwing crowbars.

Complex items with physics are scary for puzzles:

Could have removed sanity drain in the forest area. There is no way of avoiding collapsing to the ground and having the constant teethcracking sound.

Decent mapping, but you could pay more attention to the lighting. Now all the lights you used yourself were white or gray. Also pretty big bleeding light at 05 map from chandelier downstairs to the dark room upstairs.

Remember to preload all the voices! The game stutters for a while to load the .ogg files that are played.

Your skybox is not set up properly. I've seen these skyboxes around that don't have the gray/black area below midway of the image that doesn't show in game.

Credits didn't show any testers. I have a feeling a lot of the issues people are having could have been fixed with a proper testing phase.

By the way, I just finished and it was awesome! At first, I thought it was one of those cheesy, not serious custom stories, but then I realized, it is! It's somewhat mysterious for me, and I love things that are mysterious.

Can't wait for Chapter 2!

Yeah, all those 1's in moddb are prob because people tend to make their conclusions from very few first maps.

All confusion is supposed to be confusing because that's why there will be future chapters .

I just finished it, great custom story man!
Really unique and immersive, I loved it.

The only thing I found frustrating was the candlestick to open the door. I tried to throw it on the door for about 5 minutes before I realised I had to step back to make it work

I liked the musics too, did someone make it especially for this custom story?
