So out of pure boredom I rewatched the AAMFP trailer and realized that it took the pig plenty of hits to break down that door. Could it be that the pigs are weaker than the average grunt who in turn can break any door in 3 swings. Or could it be that level doors are not present anymore and instead these doors provide more/better time to hide than regular doors, since you won't be able to get rid of an enemy by walking through a level door. Just an idea.

We still don't know if that's the only enemy. Hell, there could be like 4 new enemies, each with a different toughness.
