How to make a ladder?

I want to make a ladder,i placed a ladder Area and if the Player looks at the ladder the game shows the ladder sign but I can't climb it. What I've done wrong?

You need to make the ladder area taller most likely.

Chances are you put the latter area too close to the (ladder) entity or made it too thin.

It doesn't work,i scaled the ladder Area but nothing is different.
Maybe i have to use a special ladder .ent
I used ladder4m_tileable
