black plague crash help..

when i play black plague and get to the first dream sequence that starts with something saying "life....Phillip...here" the game closes on me with an error message ill attach a error log that i saved from the error thing and the Dxdiag stuff im running the game in VMware Player on windows 7 with the VM being windows XP
