Digital Download not working [SOLVED]

Hi I recently purchased Amnesia : Dark Descent from here as a digital download, but when i download the supposedly 1.1Gb zip file all I get is a 0Kb file of the same name which is obviously worthless. What is going on here? I'm sure that frictional games are not seriously intending to rip me off but - well - right now that is what is happening. I have paid, and I am unable to obtain the product at this time.

Hopefully someone else has had this problem and it has been resolved, any ideas folks?

After repeatedly trying the DL link, now it won't work at all. I will wait for a reply here for a short time before I go on a rampage...

Edit:

After a quick dialogue with Jen from the support team, it appears my browsers privacy settings are interfering with the download, so instead of palemoon I tried using internet explorer (default settings) and it is now downloading.

Due to the speed at which my query was dealt with I feel a debt of gratitude to Frictional Games and their support system. Top notch. Thank you very much.
