Installation HELP

I've purchased the DVD version of Amnesia: The Dark Descent. When I try to install it (full install) it acts like it is starting the install but then just stalls - the progress bar never grows; just "pulses". I've killed the process and tried a few times but with the same results. I couldn't find any discussion or technical help dealing with "not able to install".

Please check with the publisher of the box (THQ/Valusoft) for help with installing the game. The DVD version is not using our standard installer so we do not know anything about it I am afraid. Perhaps temporary disable any antivirus software or similar could help.
