Black Plague: Steam Version: Will not start

Hello community of Frictional games! I am new here (love Amnesia especially ._.), this is my first post ^_^

Anyway, I bought the Steam version of Penumbra Black Plague, and after the the weird installer thing came up, I hit cancel because I didn't know it was for Penumbra. I assume that this is the reason that my game will not start even after deleting local files and re-installing them, however when I re-install Penumbra, the..erm..installer for the thing that I want to install will not show up again. Perhaps this is not the reason as to why my game will not even start, but if it is, how do I re-install the game correctly?
