LevelEditor.exe BLACK SCREEN // Please HELP?

Okay, before you guys tell me to keep searching around the forum for similar threads, I have.
But I still can't figure out how to get it fixed.

I'm trying to make a custom story, & whenever I click on LevelEditor.exe
It brings up a Black screen and it can't be exited unless you use Task Manager.

Can anyone help me?

You may want to re-install it or wait and see what it does. I have to wait for my editor to load, but while its loading it has a black screen, but otherwise, I don't know.

Nevermind! I got it. All I had to do was update my graphics card.
