Letter keys don't work

Hello!

I am trying Penumbra: Overture Demo
MacBook Pro 2,2 GHz
Mac OS X 10.5.1 Russian

Any letter keys don't work in the game (default and user defined). Any other keys work properly: digital, arrows, Ctrl, Alt, Command, Shift, Space etc.

When I try to change Key Mapping and press any letter key the word "None" appears opposite the changing function.

I've tried the internal and external bluetooh keyboards. No difference.

Sounds like you use a different region in your system (such as Russian). It happens to most games, somehow they refuse to work with any key regardless of the layout if the region is different. Switch to English and you'll be able to remap those.

I've tried to use both regions russian and english. Letter keys don't work in both cases.

Have you tried rebooting after changing the region to English?
