God damn... that music in the end of the video was so anti-climatic... although i did like the smoke effect for whatever that thing was... also if i were you i would give more details into the rooms.... they seem oddly empty

I realize that a full game is far from a bunch of amazing models, but if the story and overall level design is as good as these demo videos, you should consider making money off of this, and bring this idea up with Frictional Games. It may not be able to compete with big game companies, but indie game pricing would be within range (IF this dedication keeps up).
