Recording Problems

Hello, I am a YouTuber who likes to play horror games. I have tried uploading amnesia videos but usually the screen goes black 1/3 of the way through and resumes at around 2/3 of the way it. I render the footage with sony vegas pro 11. When I am editing the footage it seems fine but after upload the error occurs. I know it's possible to make this work but the question is how.

Screen goes black from 4:48-9:07

It started when I reset the recording but i'm not sure if that is relevant.

It does not happen for any other game so I was wondering if there was an in-game option or sumfin that was screwing it up.

You said that when filming and editing the footage everything was ok. So this is either a problem of the converter or a problem from youtube.
