Help-cannot move around

I am attempting to start the game; after the opening cut scene I cannot move forward, left, right, etc. I do have a cursor to open the door nearest me and I can pan in a circular direction but that is all I am able to do. Is this just me or am I experiencing a glitch. Thanks in advance for any help or insight.

Are you using the buttons W, A, S, and D instead of the arrow keys?

Try using W, A, S, D

Its just the exact same keys as the arrow keys.

W is up, A is left, S is down, and D is right.
