Can you change the controls in HPL2?

I'm am starting to get incredibly frustrated with this level editor. See, the problem that I'm having is that when I try to move the axis, it doesn't move, and instead, attempts to scroll into the level, even though I'm pressing down on the scroll wheel. I can't seem to figure out a way to stop this, and its hindering my ability to work on my custom story. So, is it possible that I can change the controls for the mouse, cause it would really help me.

Assuming i understood the issue you're having with the Alt + Middle mouse button action, have you unchecked the LT button?

I just tried it, but it didn't help. Any other ideas?
