Multiple Issues Help Doors and Maps not loading

So, i've recently just started on my amnesia map again and want to add some detail and need help on some issues:

How do I have the level doors show the location of the next map in game?
When ever I try out my map, it crashes when I go to the third map. It says: FATAL could not load map

Any advice would be very appreciated.

*NOTE* I've fixed the issue with map not loading. I figured out that I never even set where the door leads to in the first place!

fatal error usually tells you what the error is but in order for the level to load, you have to link it under entities I believe on level door or tell me your skype name so I can add you

I already fixed that issue. Turns out I forgot to do that.
