Crashes before the title screen shows up.

When starting the game the screen goes black while loading it up and then stays black and brings up BlackBox saying in a box Amnesia.exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module Amneisa.exe at 0023:00568376. im using a windows 7 64-bit desktop

Run a check file integrity on the game in Steam, it seems you are missing files.
