I am using a Desktop, Windows 7 Professional. I got this problem and i tried going thru the steps you put there. I got kinda lost ...... Sad

Ahem... excuse me, but post another thread about that. Also include the computer's specs in that thread.

Bumping old threads may not give you much help. As I said, create another thread, carefully detailing the problem, as well as listing your computer's specs.
