Some type of surgery/hospital related advertisement thing on TV when I was like 5. Screamed my lungs out at that one.

The best part? I don't even remember any of it, but my parents did show me...

Yeah as a kid I was completely freaked out by seeing Glenns death in the first movie.

Sure, syringes and hospitals used to scare me more, but after being stuck in one of them for nearly 2 weeks and dropping out of school due to an unidentified stomach problem, I got used to them. But still, seeing a grown-up man afraid of syringes like I was at that young, fragile age is both funny and saddening to me.
