Overture switches to windows mode during game play

Hi

For some reason I experienced last night while playing, that Overture would go into windowed mode and no Inputs(neither mouse or keyboard) would work on the window.I had to switch to console and kill the process.
I am not sure if it has something to do with either screensaver or some Gnome process which would catch a pressed and not released key. Anyone experienced the same and has a "fix" for it ?

Using Ubuntun Jaunty with Nvidia.

try disabling the screensaver. If you search the forums there are a few other jaunty users encountering the same issue
