They're aguing about the word "job".

Job = Get paid. Basically your title of the thread is saying "Is anyone interested in getting paid for doing some work for me?"

I would suggest changing it to "Need help organizing/storywriting my custom story" - you might get more answers; as people just browsing through notice the offer.
