Gate help with valves

I haven't been able to figure this out. There is a gate in the Cellar Archives, I think it's called "castle_portcullis_2". I've looked at the script for it and there is a single valve that the script has to tell the door to open up. But I don't want the single valve.
I want to have a three valve combination, I've only been able to script the valves to make a noise and lock in place. I need a push to know how to turn the valves in a certain way. Say you need to turn valve 3 first and valve 2 last, the gate will open. Everybody's happy. Can anybody point out a tutorial or scripting tips for this kind of situation that I had gotten myself into?
