One does simply make them. <3

This. Making a skybox is easier than modelling. FAR easier...

Traggey:
Hey the program has a lot of buttons and stuff. There isn't a magical "make skybox please" button.

Statyk:
I'd say "becoming good" at modeling would be the longer road, but the road to creating really good skyboxes is long too!

The 2nd skybox, feels flat. If that makes any sense. I can't feel like it has depth, maybe the clouds are just all at the exact same height (In the real picture) giving it a strange field of view angle.

XD your signature made me die, I'm sorry but its just so... different, on a more relative note, if you wanted to make a night sky, since the game is by default dark, couldn't you simply put a .jpg on a plane and float it above your map?

The change is un-seeable.

RE: Statyk's Skyboxes!

You got any progress with "night sky" Statyk?
I'm asking because I'm in need of skybox for the expansion / extra story (for my mod) I'm working on Smile
