The Development Wiki as PDF?

Hi. Bit of an odd question, but has anyone compliled all of the tutorial wiki's into one great big PDF? I can see you can do all the pages individually as a PDF, but haven't seen a complete guide pulled together. Thanks.

Features like these have to consider the load they'll place on the server. Since a wiki can have any number of articles, it is not wise to have a feature that converts all articles into one PDF document.

Fair enough. Even if it was externally hosted somewhere else, it would be useful. My PC might be dying anyway so I won't get a chance to play around with the kit for a while.
