Warning level (?)

Seriously, what on earth is the Warning level? It appears in your account as "Warning level: X%.

What is it? An advertence before being banned? It has me very interested in it.

I can't say for certain about this forum, but usually on forums, it's a meter that will ban you (or at least tell a mod to ban you) if it turns 100%.

I think you will be banned if it reaches 100%.

It's 0% over here, maybe the number was edited incorrectly, thus triggering an X%.
