Sounds like its 'untraditional' but not in a good way. If you were the game creator, how would you do the game death sequence?

I just got an idea, to be a new style of death sequence. What if it used its long arms and hands to pin you down and lowered its head down to chomp on you?

You should look up marine predatory worms (such as the Bobbit Worm or the Kermadic Ridge Worm), they have even freakier mouths and 'tentacles' on their heads than the Penumbra Worm!

i was rining windows xp in virtual box

I suggest maybe Googling the problem or see if there is a forum for Erie. I'm afraid probably no one here knows your problem or how to fix it.
