Question  Editing or adding new textures to objects

Is there any way to edit or add new textures to objects that are already in the game? Huh

Go to Entities -> pick a model -> look for the ".dds" file with the same name as the entity and convert it to an imagefile which you can edit. To save the new texture just convert it back to ".dds".
There are a plenty of converters out there. If you have CS5 or CS6 there are plugins which allow you to open .dds files directly with photoshop.
Remember to make a backup of the original files, you may just copy the entity folder of the entity you're going to reskin.

Thanks! But lets say I want to share my CS but I don't want the game files of other people to be replaced. I want to make a new wall so I copied the default.dae and the default.msh into the CS folder. and edited the .dds file, is the game going to look for that file when running?

Well, fucks are going to explain it another time:

So:

In your fu**ing CS folder, make a fu**ing folder named "static_objects". Put the fu**ing folders with the fu**ing walls with their fu**ing textures in there, and you are done. The fu**ing game needs the fu**ing models to be in the fu**ing Amnesia's folders, but when you play fu**ing Amnesia, it searches for the stuff in the fu**ing CS folder too.

Did it work with fucks?
