glitching floor

i was in the level editor placing some planks, and out of nowhere a random box light appeared on the ground as well as my entire floor is now glitching as if there are two layers on top of each other, but there isn't. i deleted the box light but the floor persists, i've deleted it and got a new one but no luck, anyone have this problem?

RE: glitching floor

Go to your custom story folder (where the .cfg is stored) and go to the maps folder. There, delete .map_cache if there are.

i actually just decided to created a new floor, lift it up a pixel, and deleted the other floor and it worked. there was no cache file in the folder but i didn't check before deleting the floor, would deleting the floor remove that? (for future reference)

Deleting the floor wouldn't have removed the file. I'm pretty sure you just had two floors sharing the same space, which is why it looked weird.
