How do I hide a key behind a painting?

Hello there,
Can someone please tell me how I hide a key behind a painting?
( I know how to make a painting moveable but how can I make it look like there is a little hole behind the painting?)
Thanks.

It's really simple in HPL2 Editor look those "Mansionbase wallsets" then search there "default2_secret" something like that.

There is a special wall with a hole in it that looks like the mansionbase walls. I think you can find it in static_objects > special... or maybe entities > special. (sorry, I can't actually check where it's located at the moment)
