Notes Problem

No matter what I try, I can't seem to get anything onto my notes. I can't find anything wrong with my .lang file, so maybe you guys can. I need this for a school project I'm doing, and would appreciate help ASAP. All I need this for are the notes, AND I CAN'T GET THEM TO WORK. Angry
(The Note names aren't in order due to me being to lazy to organize them)

RE: Notes Problem

I can't seem to find it either.

What was the last thing you wrote into the file?

A way to find the typo is:
Backup file>Delete parts of file (One note at a time)>Check custom story all the time, until the .lang shows up.
Then find the typo and EX-TER-MI-NATE it.

Trying is the first step to success.

Geez, I can't thank you enough. The solution was so simple that I would've never have thought to retrace my steps with a backup copy. Needless to say the problem was EX-TER-MI-NATED

RE: Notes Problem

Hey dude, after you put the entries and stuff into the .lang file, go to your map, go to the Note's properties, click on Entity and wrote in the NoteText whatever the entry is. It should work.
(EX: if your note is firstletter, then put the word "firstletter" without the quotation marks, to the NoteText part.)

"Veni, vidi, vici."
"I came, I saw, I conquered."

Hey, this is maybe a little off topic or on the topic.
But sometimes when I make a new lang file, it doesn't work, so I have to copy someone else .lang file to make the note and some other stuff work.

You might've just made a typo.
When you download somebody elses you'll be sure that it works.
But why not just use your own from your other CS's?

Trying is the first step to success.

Because I never create a CS.
Until now.
