Agreed, a new starting map? Maybe I'll redo the main hallway, it's all goofed up, multiple walls in 1 space.
I don't even know which one is the starting map, lol.
Anyway, it's all up to you. If you want to make a new one, change the screenshots and make sure there's no bugs or glitches. If you don't want to, fix all the goofed up one.
I'm sorry I've been doing this all night, you guys don't even know what the starting map looks like, and I didn't put a download link...

The first screenshot : the lights doesn't match the candle light.

The 2nd screenshot : too dark. I couldn't see a thing at the screenshot.

The 3rd screenshot : the hallway aren't dark and there are no candles on the wall.

The 4th screenshot : same as the 3rd one.

I'm liking this story but you need to improve mapping.
That's all for now.
Is that better?

Lower the candles at least one time.

Screenshot 1 : Outside the windows are pitch black. Did you forget to put a skybox ?

Screenshot 2 : Lower the candles

Screenshot 3 : The hallway is too empty. And some stuff in there.

Screenshot 4 : Good enough in my opinion.

1: Shoot a skybox! Thanks for reminding me!

2: Easy

3: On it

Updated them all, but the "night" skybox hardly looks like a night sky, where can I find one?

Idk. Search it on the internet. Or download some custom stories that has one.

RE: Need Map Designer!

Looks nice. I have a few things in screenshot #3.
Don't put huge amount of [SANITY POTION], [LAUDANUM], and [OIL] in a map. It will look weird. Make the [SANITY POTION] scarce.
Use logic. One does not simply put a statue in a table! Put it in a cabinet or something.
the ones in the brackets ( the []) are items.

I don't know what happened last night, I think I met for the statue to act like it's reading the bible...

The letter on the desk also states that the castle is on lock down and the hotel's employees came around and gave everyone necessary equipment for the evacuation process, in case you encountered a decoy. If it's still odd I will definitely remove it, since this is my first custom story I have no skill in mapping, and I don't like doing it .
Thank you!

Everyone is bad when they start off. You're never going to get better at mapping if you don't make maps.

You can also PM me too. But, in other CS's, you usually play as a ordinary man, not a CIA agent or something. Like Thomas said on a blog post, other so-called horror games have the main character as a secret agent or something. Also, add a backstory. What is the player's name? What is the thing he must take care of? Why did the hotel made an lockdown? Story Matters. Well, that is all i have to say about this CS.
