alright, but it seems that the updated version now gives me another error.

Tested with placing the file in the gamefolder and with administrative rights.

EDIT: I just realized it says ID10T ("Idiot"). Is this supposed to happen? I feel dumb now :c

For some reason the installer refuses to believe that I have a Steam version of Amnesia installed. Could it be that I have Amnesia installed on my F: drive instead of my C: drive? (Although I tried placing the installer in the amnesia the dark descent folder on my F: drive and it still didn't work)

It doesn't matter, as long as you installed it through Steam.
Run the diagnostics tool from the OP and report back.

Working on a new version with support for Amnesia v1.3, and since the retail and Steam versions are now both DRM-free, the tool should be able to have full support for the Steam version.

However, it may take a while, since v1.3 does not have any PDBs, so I'm basically working with a black box here.

On topic, I've decided to start over from scratch. Certain features of the original tool wasn't written with game updates in mind (Like AngelScript injection).

The new tool will be known as Amnesia Development Enhancer 2015.
I'll start releasing it as soon as I've got basic functionality down (Like the editor cursor options).
