Holes, eh? What kind of holes? Remain to triangulate your model before exporting, check the face normals and make sure the material and the textures assigned are in it's place. If it's a static_object:

redist/static_objects/Your_custom_story

If it's an entity:

redist/entity/Your_custom_story

If it's a static object it doesn't need an .ent, just sayin'.

NOTE: When releasing your CS, remain to have the model in YourCS/entities/yourmodel
