[MDL ED] I hate to do this but... I need to make a simple request

this was beyond my last resort. but unfortunately it's come to this.

I need a simple request for a entity and a static object.
in the static_objects>debris folder there is a set of prison bars.

could someone take the fallen prison bars and make the second and third bar from the right and make them entities?

I've been trying for month to make it work and all I can manage to do is make an invisible, unusable piece of work. so please just help if you can spare some time. (btw if you can't find it try making a large selection box.)
