The thing that sets scandivia appart as far as I know, is that the political systems there are a mix of liberalism/capitalism(you know what I mean) and socialism. this means you get most of the personal freedom liberalism has to offer, while you also get the benefits of socialism due to how rich these countries are.
infact many countries with socialism are so poor that they cant afford a lot those benefits themselfes, take fx China or DPRK(North Korea)
