i dont know how to use the right tools in photoshop

If your asking for a 3D model, you can use Blender, Maya, 3Ds. Photoshop only makes the texture.

If it's just going to be put on a wall, you might find it easier to simply draw it and make a billboard out of it using the material editor

Use gimp (it's free). Download a "dds plugin". Find an image on google which gives you "rights" to use it. Edit it. Save it as 512x512 pixels. Import with materialeditor. Place as billboard/plane.
